When play leads to sleep…
I may sound crazy right now but bear with me.
When we look at sleep we only really focus on the nighttime when little ones don’t sleep.
But I think there’s more to it.....
Looking at the research that we have around sleep as well as working with family’s you can actually see a lot of the successful sustainable changes that happen for little ones sleep usually happens throughout the day.
Why Play?
It’s a little known fact that little one’s can develop through play. So we can use playtime to our advantage and find ways to help our little ones quality of sleep throughout what they do around playtime and the lead up to sleep.
